Canada Federal Immigrant Investor Program

The Canada Federal Immigrant Investor Program (FIIP) was established to allow successful business people and investors to become Permanent Residents of Canada, bringing their expertise to enhance the Canadian economy and in return to allow them all the benefits of a life in Canada. The FIIP is a straightforward immigration program using a one time passive investment to enable clients to gain their Canadian Permanent Residency.

The Immigrant Investor Program Requirements:

  • Total net worth of at least CA$1,600,000
  • At least 2 years of business or management experience
  • The ability to make an investment of CA$800,000 (CA$220,000 with financing)

The Immigrant Investor Process:

  • Submit application with appropriate documents
  • Upon request, submit medical and criminal checks
  • Receive approval letter from Canadian Government
  • Make required investment of CA$800,000 (CA$220,000 with financing)
  • Receive Permanent Resident Visas for yourself and your immediate family

Estimated time to Visa: 8 to 12 months
