Quebec Immigrant Investor Program

Requirements:

  • Legal personal net worth of at least CA$1.6 million
  • A minimum of 2 years of executive or business management experience in a qualifying business
  • The ability to make an investment of CA$800,000 (CA$220,000 with financing) in Quebec

Process outline:

  • Filing of application forms and supporting documentation to Quebec Government
  • Interview in Hong Kong
  • Approval of Certificate of Selection by Quebec (CSQ)
  • Make your investment of CA$800,000 (or CA$220,000 with financing)
  • Submit complete file to Canada Federal Government
  • Medical and criminal check
  • Receive Permanent Resident Visa for yourself and your immediate family

Estimated time to Visa: 8-12 months
